David Seymour narrows euthanasia bill

Green and NZ First MPs are all whipped into supporting the bill provided several amendments. The Greens sought the narrowing, while NZ
First will seek a referendum to be added into the bill. That decision will not be made until the last stage of the Committee of the Whole House, likely some time away.
