Sen Graham evaluates AG Barr reasons why or why not to charge Comey over the leaked memos. We need to wait for the report to know why AG Barr made this decision.

Remember Comey also signed off on three FISA warrants where the FBI lied to the court and provided false evidence to spy on the Trump campaign. Also there were many illegal and unjust decisions made over the Clinton e-mail.
So AG Barr may be waiting to prosecute all these matters, not just the leaked memos. Keep praying! AG Barr really needs wisdom to clean out “The Deep State”.
