AG Barr is smart. He notes it was the top echelon of intelligence services investigating the Clinton e-mail and Trump collusion, so that looks suspicious. Investigations are always done by rank and file members. Second AG Barr says the facts of the investigations do not match the explanations given by the intelligence services.
